- Any disputes should be taken up with the coordinator: Richard G.
- the coordinator reserve the right to modify these rules as needed.

- Challenging
- Email addresses are available through the website.
- The rules for formal and informal challenges can be found above.
- If you do not show up to a scheduled match, you will forfeit.
- You may decline a challenge, if
- You've already challenged and/or been challenged a total of two times that week
- You have defeated the challenger within the past week
- Your ranks differ by more than three levels
- Winning
- Matches will be determined on a best two of three games where the first two games will be played to 15 points and the third game, if required, to 11 points. (must win by 2 points.)
- The winner is required to submit the scores to the online form within a week of match played.
- Moving up the ladder
- When a higher rank loses, the winner will replace that individual, and the loser moves downs down one spot. Everyone in between the players will also move down one spot. For example, if player #5 challenges player #3 and wins, then player #5 will take the #3 rank, player #3 will move down to the #4 rank and player #4 be bumped to the #5 rank. The higher players on the ladder keep their position.
- If a lower ranked challenger loses, nothing changes.
- Ladder Updates
- The ladder will be updated weekly as soon as new scores are reported.
- The winner is required to submit the results to the online form within a week.
- If there are any disputes to the scores or rankings, please email [email protected]
- New Members
- All new players to the ladder will start at the bottom of the ladder, and they are entitled to one and only one Open Challenge - allowing the player to challenge anyone on the ladder.
- If the player wins, he will move above the person he challenged, and everyone below that will move down 1 spot. If the challenger loses, the player will remain at the bottom of the ladder and must work their way up.
